I recognize the deliberate scapegoating of entire cultures and peoples as a time-honored tactic of power—one designed to distract from the real architects of conflict and suffering. When whole populations are demonized, when ancient grievances are artificially inflamed, when fear replaces understanding, we must ask: who benefits from this discord?
